Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation Policy

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform:

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or proof of return is provided.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods within fourteen (14) days after informing us of withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.

Subscription Agreement

If you purchase a subscription from Beanquisite, you agree to receive recurring deliveries of selected coffee products at the interval chosen at checkout (e.g. weekly, monthly, or custom frequency).

Billing & Payments

Subscription payments are charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle using the payment method selected at checkout.

Prices, delivery intervals, and subscription details are clearly displayed before purchase.

Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation will take effect:

* Immediately for future shipments, or
* At the end of the current billing period (depending on timing of cancellation)

No minimum contract term applies unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Pause or Modify Subscription

You may pause, skip, or modify your subscription (such as delivery frequency or product selection) at any time via your customer account or by contacting us.

Refunds

Already processed subscription payments are non-refundable unless required by law or agreed on a case-by-case basis.
